I also specialize in civil rights cases, including 1983 claims, excessive force, medical indifference, First Amendment rights, and retaliation. Collaboration and open communication with our dedicated team members are integral to our success.One standout achievement in our practice involved a product liability case that took us on a five-year journey, involving countless hours, and trips to Hanover, Germany, Ohio, and Manchester, UK, as well as numerous depositions. In the end, we secured a remarkable $12.1 million settlement for a deserving widow, providing her with the financial support she needed in the wake of her loss
