Alyssa N. Piraino, Esq.
Attorney
Born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma, Alyssa’s path to becoming an attorney was shaped by a lifelong desire to help others and make a meaningful impact in her community. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Gaming Management from UNLV, she spent several years working in the gaming industry in both Las Vegas and San Diego. Although successful in that field, Alyssa realized she wanted a career that was more personally fulfilling—one that would challenge her intellectually while allowing her to advocate for people during difficult moments in their lives.
That decision ultimately led her back to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. During law school, Alyssa was actively involved in several organizations, serving on the boards of the Gaming Law Society and the Native American Law Student Association, while also working as an Editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal. She graduated in 2017 with the Dean’s Award of Excellence.
Alyssa began gaining real-world litigation experience before becoming an attorney, clerking for a local personal injury firm starting in 2016. Through that experience, she worked alongside experienced trial attorneys and assisted in complex cases, including wrongful death litigation involving a national trucking company. Those early experiences confirmed her passion for personal injury law and reinforced her commitment to helping injured individuals navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Today, Alyssa focuses her practice on personal injury and civil rights litigation. As experienced trial counsel, she is known for combining aggressive advocacy with genuine compassion for her clients. Having personally experienced the uncertainty and stress that can follow serious hardships, Alyssa understands the importance of clear communication, trust, and individualized attention throughout the legal process.
A proud member of the Nevada Justice Association, Alyssa is committed to standing up for people who feel overwhelmed, unheard, or powerless. She works tirelessly to help her clients pursue justice while giving them the support and guidance they need every step of the way.
Outside of the office, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending concerts, and cheering on her favorite teams, including the Vegas Golden Knights, Dallas Cowboys, Oklahoma Sooners, and Oklahoma City Thunder.
